Telefix is the leading provider of repair and service to the consumer electronics industry in Australia. The Telefix business has been servicing the industry for over 50 years and encompasses some of Australia's leading electronics service companies. Telefix provides repair and service solutions covering a broad range of consumer electronic items including TV, VCR, PVR, DVD, LCD, Plasma, Microwave Oven, Audio, Desktop and Notebook Computers as well as peripherals for both the household and commercial markets. Telefix is committed to performance and provides a level of customer satisfaction far in excess of others in the industry. With Telefix Service Centres in each of the major capital cities and over 200 Service Agents we are the only service company in the industry with a truly national footprint.

Telefix has grown through the acquisition of a range of businesses (and companies) since its incorporation in January 1997. A number of these businesses have trading histories dating back to the early 1950's and are well known throughout Australia. Early on, an opportunity

was identitfied to establish a national service group. The businesses of Hills Telefix in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and WA were repurchased as part of a consolidation together with other businesses which were acquired as part of the establishment of a new national service group. The Hills Telefix businesses were then re-branded as Telefix.
In March 2006 Telefix was acquired by AWA Limited , an Australian owned company with its core business in Information, Communication and Home Entertainment technology services. Together with AWA we make Service our Trademark.
We at Telefix know that to remain a leader in our field we need to constantly adapt to the changes in technology and at the same time be able to diversify and offer new services and products with the professionalism the name demands and the public have come to expect.
